262 Cigars, named for the month and year that JFK signed the Cuban Trade Embargo, and made by our friend Clint Aaron. Produced by Nestor Plasencia and production is overseen by the Alec Bradley company, 262 offers two very unique blends. Clint’s original blend, the Paradigm uses a Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper that imparts a wonderful coffee/chocolate flavor to the primarily Nicaraguan blend. Medium bodied, great flavors, and you should definitely try this blend if you haven’t already! The second blend from Clint is the Ideology. Blended to be a milder cigar this one uses Nicaraguan, Mexican, and Dominican tobacco as the filler, and a beautiful Habano Rosado wrapper from Nicaragua to top everything off. Perfect for a morning on your deck with your favorite coffee, this is a go-to cigar in the morning, or any other time you feel like a milder cigar, but one that has tons of flavor.
Not only are the cigars fantastic, but Clint is one of the great guys in the cigar industry. He’s a road warrior, and has been to the shop three times in our first five months of operations. Great cigars, made by a great guy, one who has a true passion for our industry. How can you go wrong?
